Als strategischer HR Business Partner für die NFON Business Areas und deren People Leads bist du verantwortlich für alle Mitarbeiter-, Team- und Führungsthemen sowie für deren Entwicklung und Leistungsfähigkeit. Du fungierst als Brücke zwischen den Geschäftsbereichen, den Mitarbeitenden und dem Unternehmen und gehst proaktiv auf alle personalbezogenen Themen ein, während du eine positive Unternehmenskultur förderst.
Letztes Jahr haben wir auf ein Business-Partner-Modell umgestellt und befinden uns derzeit in der strategischen Weiterentwicklung. Wenn du zu uns stößt, hast du noch die Möglichkeit, diesen Wandel aktiv mitzugestalten.

Deine Aufgaben

Strategische Beratung der erweiterten Management-Teams und deren Mitarbeitenden zur Unterstützung von Führungsentscheidungen und Unternehmenswachstum.
Systemisches Coaching von Führungskräften zur Förderung von Teamentwicklung und exzellenter Führung.
Unterstützung von Führungskräften in ihrer kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung.
Beratung in arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem People Services & Systems Team.
Mitarbeit an Learning & Development-Projekten mit Fokus auf Führungskräfte- und Talententwicklung.
Begleitung und Unterstützung von Change-Initiativen, indem du grundlegende Strukturen und Prozesse für eine erfolgreiche Transformation schaffst.

Dein Profil

Du bist eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit und hast einen anerkannten Abschluss in Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer Kombination aus beidem.
Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis für People & Culture-Prinzipien, -Prozesse und -Gesetze sowie mindestens 5+ Jahre Erfahrung als HR Business Partner.
Du bist zertifizierter systemischer Coach mit ausgeprägter Expertise in der Führungskräfte- und Teamentwicklung.
Du besitzt exzellente zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Kommunikation fällt dir leicht.
Du hast nachweisliche konzeptionelle und projektbezogene Managementfähigkeiten.
Du gehst Herausforderungen proaktiv und lösungsorientiert an.
Fließende Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich, Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
Du passt gut in unser Team, wenn du Offenheit, respektvollen Umgang und gegenseitige Unterstützung schätzt. Integrität ist uns wichtig. Wir verbringen gerne Zeit miteinander und legen Wert auf ein angenehmes Arbeitsklima, das uns als Team stärkt und effektiver zusammenarbeiten lässt.

The role

As a Strategic HR Business Partner for the NFON Business Areas and their People Leads, you will be responsible for addressing all employee, team, and leadership matters, as well as facilitating their development and performance. Serving as a bridge between the business areas, employees, and the company, you will proactively address all people-related issues while fostering a positive corporate culture.

We've last year transitioned to a Business Partner Model and are currently strategizing our approach, and by the time you join us, you will still have the opportunity to shape the direction.

Your Mission

Provide strategic guidance to the extended management team and their teams, supporting leadership decision-making and organizational growth.
Support managers with systemic coaching to foster team growth and leadership excellence.
Support leaders in their continuous development journey.
Provide guidance on labor law-related cases and collaborate closely with the People Services & Systems team.
Contribute to Learning & Development projects focused on leadership and talent development.
Drive and support change initiatives by establishing foundational structures and processes that enable successful transformation.

Your profile

You are a people person and have a background with a recognized degree in psychology, business, or a combination of both.
You have a comprehensive understanding of People & Culture principles, procedures, and laws, with at least 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
You are a certified systemic coach with strong expertise in leadership and team development.
You excel in interpersonal skills, and communication in all forms comes naturally to you.
You have proven conceptual and project management skills.
You have a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and effectively tackle challenges.
A fluent English level is required, german skills would be a plus.
You will fit well with our team if you appreciate openness, respectful interaction, and mutual support as well as integrity. We enjoy spending time together, and it is important to us that we feel comfortable as a team, enabling us to work more effectively together.
