|The Senior Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading our field initiatives in Germany with a focus on Strategic Reselling Partners and Customer Support Solutions. In this role, the Field Marketing Manager will work closely with our strategic reselling partners and drive through channel demand generation in these accounts.|
Regional marketing and strategy planning
• Understand your market. By working with the senior sales account managers, understand the key challenges, goals and objectives. Create and execute a regional marketing strategy
• Over-communicate and gain alignment on marketing plans while ensuring proper follow up of the agreed campaigns.
• Build and maintain a collaborative relationship with sales teams and strategic partners, obtaining qualitative feedback on campaign performance, suggesting ideas and opportunities to improve programs or tactics.
Channel Marketing Activation and Demand Generation for Strategic Reselling Partners
• Work with our strategic reselling partners and focus on sales enablement and driving through partner demand generation
• Provide tailored support and come with campaign ideas
• Run country events, content localization, campaigns, customer and partner advocacy
• Closely aligned with the sales teams manage and track MDF assigned including tracking of results/ROI
• Manage relationships with local agencies and track spend
Demand Generation & Partner Activation for Customer Support solution
• Work with the customer support sales teams to drive lead generation for this area.
• Drive partner activation initiatives for the customer support solutions.
