Your new role

As part of our ongoing AI product development, we are building voice models for our Text-to-Speech services used in botario projects and NFON FrontDesk. To ensure natural, high-quality, and authentic voices, we are looking for internal colleagues who are willing to contribute their voice to our AI solutions.

We will start with English and German, but we are already identifying speakers for all FrontDesk-supported languages: German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, and Polish.

The goal is to select one speaker per language. However, you are very welcome to apply for more than one language. 

This is a one-time, compensated project - not a new role or position.

A teams voice recording of the sample text below. You start a teams meeting, record your voice reading the text below (no camera), download the recording, and upload it to Personio.

If you are applying for a language other than English, please translate the English sample text into the respective language and record your translated version. CV or other attachments are not required, only the recording.

The work you‘ll do
  • Participate in professional voice recording sessions (remote or studio-based)

  • Record a structured script designed to train an AI voice model

  • Potentially complete multiple recording iterations to ensure optimal AI quality

  • Grant usage rights for your voice to be used in NFON / botario AI services

  • Become the official AI voice for your selected language in customer-facing solutions

The qualifications you need
  • Native or near-native proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
    German, English, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, or Polish

  • Clear, neutral pronunciation (no strong regional dialect)

  • A natural, pleasant, and professional speaking voice

  • Clear articulation and steady pacing

  • Strong reading skills and linguistic accuracy

  • Willingness to represent NFON as an AI voice in customer-facing services

  • Availability for recording sessions over a defined project period

What we can offer you
  • One-time compensation of approx. 2,000 € gross per language, subject to contractual agreement and successful completion of recordings
