Your new role

As a Quality Assurance Engineer (all genders), you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, stability, and performance of our platform across web applications, mobile apps, and backend services.

Your mission is to help engineering teams deliver high-quality software with confidence by strengthening testing practices, introducing automation, and embedding quality into the development lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality is built into our products from the beginning, not added at the end. By designing and maintaining automated test systems and improving testing workflows, you will help enable faster, safer releases and a better customer experience.

This role offers the opportunity to shape the quality engineering approach across the organization, influence testing strategies, and drive automation across multiple platforms.

The work you‘ll do

Design, build, and maintain automated tests for web applications, mobile apps, and backend services.
Implement automated regression testing to ensure product stability across releases.
Develop and maintain API and backend tests using frameworks such as CodeceptJS, Robot Framework, or similar tools.
Create end-to-end integration and API test suites that run within CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and backend teams to integrate testing into the development workflow.
Support teams in improving test coverage, reliability, and testability of systems.
Identify, document, and track defects while working with engineers to resolve them efficiently.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing strategies, tools, and quality processes.
Automate repetitive manual testing tasks and improve testing workflows.
Participate in exploratory testing when validating new features or releases.
Ensure product quality delivery through detailed manual regressions.
Leverage AI tools and modern development environments to improve testing efficiency and productivity.

The qualifications you need

Proven experience in quality engineering with a strong focus on test automation and system-level thinking.
Experience designing and building test automation frameworks from scratch, not only maintaining existing ones.
Strong programming skills (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Kotlin, or similar) with the ability to write clean, maintainable test code.
Experience testing APIs, backend services, and web/mobile applications (iOS & Android).
Ability to debug complex issues across frontend, backend, and mobile (e.g. logs, network traffic, API inspection).
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into delivery workflows.
Familiarity with modern testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E), with a focus on efficient and scalable test coverage.
Experience using AI tools to improve testing workflows (e.g. test generation, debugging, analysis), with critical evaluation of outputs.
