Your new role
As a Senior UI/UX Designer (w/m/d) - Focus on AI-driven Communication Products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our next-generation cloud telephony solutions. As we integrate more artificial intelligence capabilities into our portfolio, your responsibility will be to design intuitive, intelligent, and human-centered product experiences that empower businesses across Europe.
A core aspect of your role will be to lead the UX strategy and interface design for AI-infused features - such as AI chatbots, smart transcription, and intelligent voice driven routing - ensuring that complexity is made simple and accessible. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, driving innovation and consistency across strategic projects.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and wants to leave a visible mark on AI-powered communication solutions used by thousands of businesses.
The work you‘ll do
  • Lead the design of user experiences for AI-powered communication products, such as AI chatbots, smart transcription, and intelligent voice driven routing.
  • Translate complex AI functionalities into intuitive, trust-enhancing interfaces that simplify decision-making for users.
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end design process-from discovery to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define requirements, align on goals, and ensure cohesive experiences.
  • Advocate for user-centered design through research, testing, and iterative prototyping-especially when introducing new AI behavior.
  • Mentor and support other designers, ensuring design excellence and consistency across teams.
  • Contribute to and help evolve our design practices to support scalable UI patterns, including those unique to AI interactions.
The qualifications you need
  • 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design solutions, ideally with examples of AI or data-rich product work.
  • Experience designing complex B2B or SaaS products, preferably in communication, productivity, or related fields.
  • Excellent skills in modern design tools (e.g. Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC) and prototyping.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, interaction design, and usability testing methods.
  • Confident in working with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to balance user needs with technical feasibility.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts such as machine learning, NLP, or recommendation systems is a plus—but curiosity and adaptability matter even more.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to confidently communicate design concepts, user insights, and AI-driven experience strategies to stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels.
  • Proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a team-first attitude.
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
