Your Mission
As a Strategic HR Business Partner for the NFON Business Areas and their People Leads, you will be responsible for addressing all employee, team, and leadership concerns, as well as facilitating their development and performance. Serving as a bridge between the business areas, employees, and the company, you will proactively address all people-related issues while fostering a positive corporate culture.
We've recently transitioned to a People Business Partner Model and are currently strategizing our approach, and by the time you join us, you will still have the opportunity to shape the direction of the department. Additionally, you'll have the chance to grow both in your role and through projects. As the go-to person for our employees you will play a vital role in fostering trust and shaping a positive work environment. We are currently in a phase of continuous transformation, making it an exciting time to be part of our team. Your contributions will be instrumental in making NFON an employer of choice, and you will have many opportunities for personal and professional development, particularly in change management and project management. We are committed to strategically supporting your growth throughout your journey with us.

The work you will do:
- Support the business units on all people-related matters throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting to employee retention, fostering culture, conducting compassionate offboarding, and maintaining contact thereafter.
- Advise the leadership of the business units on all People & Culture matters as well as leadership topics.
- Contribute to the further development of the People Business Partner role and our people processes.
- We divide our strategic projects according to our competencies and work on them using a pilot and co-pilot system. This means you will take on both roles for projects and collaborate with your team on strategically significant and smaller-scale functional projects.
- Your key stakeholders will naturally include your People & Culture team, both at the headquarters and in the extended People & Culture team of NFON. Additionally, you will work closely with the C-level and the leadership of the headquarters business partners. Overall, you will interact with the entire NFON team either through projects or in daily activities.
- As a team, we not only work closely on project-specific tasks in a pilot/co-pilot model but also support each other in processes and daily activities. You will receive guidance and mentoring at all times, but a high level of hands-on mentality and execution will also be required. Initiative and your own ideas are highly encouraged – feel free to contribute.
- In your role, you must feel comfortable making your own decisions both in the people business and for projects on behalf of People & Culture. We will work together to determine the extent, but we place a high level of trust in you.
